ولد المسيح..... ولد الحب... ولد السلام...هللويا

"إني أبشركم بفرح عظيم، اليوم وُلد لكم مخلص، وهو المسيح الربّ".

ولد يسوع على أرضنا ليأخذ ما لنا ويُعطينا ما له. ميلاده هو دخول في تاريخنا لينقيه ويقدسه. هذا ما ينقله لنا القديس متى على لسان الملائكة: لا تخافوا، إني أبشركم بفرح عظيم. وما تؤكده الرسالة إلى العبرانيين: لقد كلّمنا الله بإبنه الذي طهرنا من خطايانا.
مع رسالة اليوم نتأمل بسر المسيح، وذلك بالعودة إلى سيرة الآباء وكتابات الأنبياء لنكشف ان طفل بيت لحم هو المسيح المنتظر، ووعد الأجيال وشعب العهد الأول الذي كان يتوق ليرى مسيحا مثلث الصفات، فيأتي ملكاً ونبياً وكاهناً. هذا هو مسيحنا المولود اليوم والذي يوحدنا بلاهوته لنصبح بدورنا "أشعة مجده الألهي" وأبناء الله وملوك العهد الجديد وانبياءه وكهنته. بإيماننا به يدخل إلينا ويحيينا بحياته ويجددنا بنعمه وحضوره.
بالمسيح يسوع تربط المسيحية الأرض بالسماء. والرب بميلاده أخذ إنسانيتنا ليعطينا أُلوهيته. بميلاده أنزل السماء إلى الأرض، وبصعوده رفع الأرض إلى السماء. وحياتنا على الارض، ولادات: من أحشاء البشر يوم الولادة، ومن أحشاء الماء والروح يوم المعمودية، ومن أحشاء التوبة والغفران ساعة الأعتراف، ومن أحشاء القربان ساعة المناولة، ومن أحشاء الرموز ساعة تقبل الأسرار، وأخيراً من أحشاء الحجر والتراب ساعة الوداع، لنولد لأبدية الحياة في قلب الله. وفي النهاية، هل استطعنا ان نحول الميلاد إلى مسيرة جديدة تقودنا إلى البساطة واللطف والوداعة والغفران والعدل والسلام؟...
 فيا طفل المغارة تعال وامشِ معنا فنحفظ كلامك ونتهلل به فنصبح ورثة الحياة.آمين .
 
أخيرا نغتنم هذه الفرصة لنتقدّم منكم بأخلص التهاني والتمنيات بمناسبة عيدي الميلاد ورأس السنة. زادكم الله جميعا من نعمه وبركاته.

Jesus is born, and with him love and peace are born… Halleluiah!

“I bring you good news of great joy, today your Saviour is born , he is the Messiah’.

Jesus is born on our land to take what is ours and give us what is his.

His birth is the entrance in our history in order to purify it and make it sacred.

This is passed on to us by St Mathew with the words of the messenger angel: do not be afraid, I bring you good news of great joy. And confirmed by a letter to the Hebrews: God has spoken to us through his son, who cleanses us from our sins.

In today’s letter we will meditate on the mystery of Jesus Christ, thus we return to our ancestors and the prophets’ had revealed that the new born of Bethlehem is the awaited Messiah. He is the promised Lamb of God for the future generations and the people of the Old Testament, who passionately seek to see the God of three trinity powers as a king, a prophet and a priest. This is our Lord Jesus Christ, who is born today to unite us so that we become- the “rays of his divine glory’, the children of God, the kings and prophets of the New Testament and his priests. Through our faith in him gives us a new life full of grace.

In Christianity Jesus links earth and heaven. Through his birth, he took our humanity to give us his divinity. His birth descended the heavens to the earth and within his ascendance he raised earth to heaven. Our lives on earth is the births: from the bowels of human on the day of birth, and the bowels of water gave birth to the Spirit of baptism, and the bowels of repentance and forgiveness at the hour of confession, and the bowels of the Eucharist at the handling hour, and the bowels of the symbols at the hour of accepting the sacraments, and finally from the bowels of stone and earth at the hour of farewell, so that we are born to eternal life in the heart of God.

Finally, have we been capable of transforming Christmas into a new march that drives us towards simplicity, kindness, forgiveness, fairness and peace? Oh child of Bethlehem, come and walk with us, so that we follow and praise you words and become the heirs of life. Amen
